The lunch special is good value and worth planning around. Rump was quality meat, cooked exactly to the temperature I asked for, with sides that held their own rather than just filling the plate. Portions are generous — you’ll leave satisfied. Big range of starters if you want to build it out, and a solid Stellenbosch wine list to go with it. Central location. 🥩🍷

First time a Stellenbosh branch. We really enjoyed our meal.

Hussar Grill is always special - exactly what one needs when you eat out: Jy wil voel jy word bederf! You want to be spoilt.

Bearnaise sauce on the chateaubriand was very thin/watery. The complimentary desert chocolate cocktail was cold. Otherwise, love Hussar Grill and the atmosphere. Pork belly was delicious!

We enjoyed the atmosphere, food and friendly waiter. We had the Seasonal Lunch which was real good value for money. The "no corkage" policy is also big plus point.
