Update 200260811. Service is always outstanding. This time we celebrated our anniversary and even tried the date night special. I was expecting smaller meals but I was wrong, they were excellent portions and superbly presented. I need to stop the review now before I'm tempted to go back tonight! Memorable occasions are well spent at Hussar. Our waitress was really knowledgeable about food allergens and the quality of the staff was noticeably better than the other restaurants in the area. Each meal is exceptionally well prepared. This franchise really impressed our group.

We reckon the Best Steakhouse in Umhalanga, we went as a four now it’s two and we are booed in another 2 nights before we go home. Brilliant service, brilliant food, brilliant wine and brilliant staff. What more do you need. Perfect. We usually sit at table 21, it’s just us.

We recently celebrated a special milestone—our aunty and uncle's 59th wedding anniversary—at The Husser Grill Oceans mall, and it was a truly memorable experience. We were given a private section cordined off which made the evening feel even more special and intimate. Our waiter, Vasan, was exceptional—he made sure we were well taken care of and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The ambiance, the food, and the service all contributed to a wonderful celebration. We couldn't have asked for a better evening!

So yesterday was our 20th Wedding Anniversary & we decided to dine out, we chose Hussar Grill Oceans and what an absolutely amazing evening it was! The manager on duty John was brilliant, he literally went over and above to ensure that our evening was a real celebration of love, our waitress Bongi was the bomb, literally checking up on us all the time with the biggest smile and helping us choose delicious meals. I had an excellent experience at The Hussar Grill Oceans! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was just as impressive. Our waiter, Justice, was amazing — attentive, friendly, and kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for great food and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be visiting more often!

Late lunch special at R199 for 2 courses. Very favorable corkage for wine. My steak was grilled to spec and was very good. Great creme brulee for desert. Definitely worth a visit.

Excellent service, the only negative thing was the patrons smoking on the outside tables and their smoking was coming to our table. This needs to be better managed.
