About Us — The Hussar Grill George

Atmosphere, service, food, wine knowledge EXCELLENT

We had the most wonderful experience at The Hussar Grill George for our wedding reception! ❤️🥂 From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere was beautiful, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the entire evening was handled with such professionalism and care. Having our wedding reception at The Hussar Grill was the perfect way to end such a special day. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared and enjoyed by all of our guests. Every course was excellent, and there was such a wonderful atmosphere throughout the evening. What really stood out to us was the service. The team went out of their way to make us and our guests feel welcome and looked after, and they made our wedding reception feel genuinely special rather than just like another dinner service. ❤️ Everything ran smoothly, which allowed us to simply relax, celebrate and enjoy the evening with the people we love. That meant so much to us after such a big and emotional day. A huge thank you to the entire Hussar Grill George team for helping us finish our wedding day on such a beautiful note. We will always remember the wonderful evening we had there, and we are incredibly grateful for the hospitality, delicious food and amazing service. We would absolutely recommend The Hussar Grill George for a special occasion — and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our wedding reception! 🥂❤️✨

True to Hussar standards, the staff were excellent, the food was top notch. No complaints.

(Translated by Google) One of the best steak restaurants, if not the best. It's incredibly delicious. And the service, my friends, was flawless. They noticed we were Muslim and informed us of what we wanted and what items are forbidden in their food. They even told the chef to wash the griddle to remove any traces of pork fat. Truly, it was perfect. The staff were cheerful, helpful, and always smiling, making you feel very welcome. It was wonderful, and I would definitely visit again.

Amazing food and service.

Once again we four elderly gentlemen lunched at Hussar's, accepting the special R199 two course meal. The menu may be limited but the fare is always excellent. The welcome and service are always...

Best steaks ever. Food is so tasty, will have to visit again

Wonderful food & fantastic service from Celine..thank you

The date night is something to experience. Enjoying it with that loved one, or double date, either or, its amazing.

Celebrating our 14th wedding anniversary. Such a special place for us. Thanks ladies, you are all awesome. See you again soon. Richard and Sarita

Wir haben hier zu zwei gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Essen war super lecker und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Auch das Ambiente hat uns gut gefallen. Wir würden immer wiederkommen.

The service was great, but got slow as the evening progressed. The fewer patrons, the slower the service got. Food was amazing, we really enjoyed, thanks

We love Hussar Grill, its always a good deal!

Value for money, with delicious food and wonderful service.

Excellent in all categories. We travel from Mosselbay to George specifically to visit the Hussar.

As new residents in George, this was such a wonderful discovery. Everything was just top notch. Will definitely become one of our favorite restaurants.

Ich bin immer gerne hier, wenn ich sehr gutes Fleisch essen will. Das Angebot ist ausgezeichnet und der Service sehr gut. Ich liebe auch den „Tod durch Schokolade“ als Nachtisch …
