It was the worst experience I ever had in my 52 years of living. worst steak ever. Should be 200gr medium rare. is stead 100gr burnt steak. Then I'm told that the steak is 200gr before cooking, I'm just wondering if you loose half the weight with cooking. We waited 2 hours for our main meal. They tried to make up for the bad service with Biltong and droë wors. 😒 I will not put my foot their again. To top it all, the people that came way behind us ate their food and left before we got our main meal. Normally people will play that race card, for me, my money is as good as anyone else's money and I deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. The poor waitress tried to salvage the situation the entire evening, I can't fault her but the kitchen staff and management needs to understand, don't give someone food you would not eat. I ended up taking the entire main meal home in a doggie bag. The dog did even want to eat the burnt steak. Again this is the worst I ever experienced, Im sure the Spur steak would have been properly cooked and value for your money.

Our Waitron was a very empathetic young man. We had a disabled guest at our table who had never been asked in such a subtle way if her food steak needed to be sliced.
