We bought the Wikideal voucher 3 main course for 2 for R650. It is my birthday today they welcome me with Happy birthday and I got a birthday card. My partner was super impressed cuz he made the booking and mentioned it was my they birthday. The manager took note and wished me by the door. Now let’s come to Vovo my waiter can we give her a raise? She’s so chilled and humble. Oh what a lady! Her customer service skills are a 110% top notch! Used to think this was a sinking ship but after tonight's experience ....fine dining at its best..very relaxed sophisticated atmosphere..steak prepared better than Bovine..ribs were falling off the bone..most enjoyable evening...will be back

The service at hussar grill was definitely top tier, as it was my first experience at hussar grill with my family. Everything went very well the staff was wonderful and I have to give Nosipho her flowers as she was very patient with us and kept a very polite smile😍 everyone else was also as great with the welcoming until we left the restaurant. You have a very friendly staff as Hussar Grill Grandwest. Definitely coming back for my second experience.

Date night was great, lovely restaurant, vibe and service, the starters was amazing, the boneless chicken could be done better but it was still nice, all waiters are very friendly, we will definitely come again 😎🥂

On Saturday, 21 Feb 26, I visited Hussar Grill Grand West in celebration of my birthday. This was my first time ever visiting a Hussar Grill franchise and I purchased the 3-Course Wikideals voucher which had a great selection to choose from. I have no complaints about the food, it was superb and we definitely got the value for our money, the customer service from making my booking till being greeted at the door was wonderful, the welcome from the staff was great, however I was rather disappointed by the attitude of the waitress at the end of my dining experience when I did not tip her more then the required 10% gratuity. This reaction from her rather spoilt my evening and just made me feel junk overall. A side from this, the evening was great Would highly advise you work on this

I was at Grandwest Hussers 10 October celebrating my daughters Birthday. Wow!!What a turnaround last time I was here with my hubby and daughter the place,food,service and staff was a disaster...

Superb 3-course meal and bottle of wine at the grill today. Steak was properly cooked rare, and was juicy and flavoursome. Chicken livers in creamy peri peri sauce with crunchy buttered toast is the perfect starter. Dining area is comfortable with cosy lighting, dignified and calming decor, and just the right volume of music to create ambience without limiting conversation. All staff were friendly and welcoming, which was in stark contrast to some staff in other facilities around Grandwest that were apathetic, laconic and disinterested. Well done Hussar's. We will be back.

the service was good everything was good .Our waiter was good we enjoy was dinner at Hussar grill but I forgot the waiters name but he's a Xhosa a guy he's one of the best waiter in my life

Myself and my husband went for supper at The Hussar Grill GrandWest on Thursday evening and we felt like royalty from the moment we stepped in. The warm atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff was evident. The food was amazing, I cannot even begin to explain. So worth the price and definitely made with love. The 1st few bites of our food made me ask my husband when we are coming back again. We met the manager, Jason, who came around to our table to greet us, as well as all the other clients who were there. He was very polite and definitely a people's person. He engaged with his clients to ensure they have the best experience, which we had. I would definitely recommend this restaurant as it ticked all my boxes. The far exceeded my expectations. Thank you to Jason and his Amazing staff.
